Frequently asked questions
What do I need to rent a car?
A valid driving licence held for at least two years, your passport or ID card, and a bank card for the security deposit. The minimum age is 21.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit is held on your card at pick-up and released when the car comes back in the same condition. The amount depends on the category and is shown before you book. With full insurance it is reduced.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up, from the “My booking” button with your reference and phone number.
Is mileage limited?
200 km a day is included. On rentals of three days or more the mileage is unlimited.
Can I take the car to another city?
Yes, within Morocco. One-way returns to another office are possible; ask us for the fee.
